The agency, the transportation company and its representatives, act only as intermediary agents of transportation companies, restaurants, parks, archaeological sites, etc. and have no responsibility whatsoever for losses or injuries, accidents, delays, etc. that may occur due to causes beyond their control.

 

RESERVATION POLICY

The credit card will be charged in the name of VIAJES ANITA DUBAI for the total amount of your reservation.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged online and the charge will appear on your statement within 36 hours.
Once the charge is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with additional information to your reservation (e.g. pick up) and a link with username and password to your receipt/boarding pass so you can print it.
It is essential to present your boarding pass/receipt at the time you use the service (tour, trip or transfer).
The boarding pass will be requested at check-in or by the guide at the time of boarding
The cardholder must sign the boarding pass at the time of using the service before boarding. In the event that the person coming to the tour or trip is different from the owner of the credit card with which the reservation was made, a copy of valid identification of the credit card holder must be presented.
In case of storm or hurricane, you can only change the dates of your trip or change for another, being that the payments in this case and period of time are not refundable.
The Boucher/boarding pass is valid only when signed by the client indicated in the reservation, and is delivered at the beginning of the trip, activity, attraction or tour along with a photo ID of the client of the reservation.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation (charge authorization request and valid identification) to ensure the protection of the cardholder and avoid identity theft.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made through this online form.

Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to service = 100% refund

Cancellations made between 59 to 45 days prior to the service = 80% refund

Cancellations made between 44 to 30 days prior to the service = 50% refund

Cancellations made up to 29 days prior to service = No refund applies.

If the client simply does not show up for the trip (no show) = No refund applies.

 

IMPORTANT: 

Partial refunds do not apply to combo tours. If you take one of the tours that make up the combo, no cancellation and/or partial refund will be possible.
Schedule and/or date changes for “Hotel-Airport” transportation reservations are allowed only 48 hours (or more) prior to the service.
These policies do not apply in cases of hurricanes, tropical storms, epidemics, pandemics or any other natural phenomena; for these cases only the tour or trip date change policy will apply.
If the service (tour, trip, transfer or other) has been booked with a promotional code or with a special discount applied, the 100% refund will not be applicable, even if the service has been cancelled within the stipulated time. In these cases, the maximum refund percentage will be 75%.
Special discounts and/or promotional codes will be applicable only during the dates established for the discount. Such discounts will not be retroactive in reservations made in periods prior to the promotion and/or in which the client omits to enter the promotion code in the corresponding field at the time of the reservation.
In cancellations motivated for the purpose of receiving a published discount subsequent to the original purchase, a 20% penalty will be applied

 

IMPORTANT: 

For reservations made through partial deposit, in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
