• You may select Two parks from the available options at the time of redemption.

• Present your ticket at the entrance of the chosen parks for scanning and verification.

• Once scanned, you will be granted access to the selected parks for a memorable experience.

• Enjoy all attractions, shows, and facilities available within the selected parks during the specified visit date.

• NOTE: The ticket is valid for use within 06 days from the date of the first park redemption.

• All personal expenses spent on shopping, drinks, and meals, etc., on-site during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations made 6 hours before the Tour departure time will NOT incur charges.

• If the cancellation is made within 6 hours prior to the Tour departure time, 100% charges will apply.

• If eligible for a refund, your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

• Important: If you have already used the tickets on-site, cancellation will not be possible. Once tickets are used, they are non-refundable.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old and measuring less than 1.1 meters in height will be considered infants and receive free entry.

• Children between 3 and 10 years old will be considered children and will be charged the child rate.

• Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
